The objective of this service is to provide you with the first full-service Online Reservation System. The Online Reservation System will allow you, the meeting planner, a designated bureau or e-HotelRates.com Online Reservation System to manage your hotel blocks and sub-groups online. The best part is e-HotelRates.com will be able to track where your attendee is staying, in both your contracted room block and any reservation made out your block. e-HotelRates.com web site will monitor your housing blocks real time and could possibly eliminate the commission being paid by the hotels, benefiting your attendees with lower hotel rates. e-HotelRates.com web site can provide the same services of a full-service housing company or can be used in conjunction with your current housing company.
e-HotelRates.com will provide your attendees with a web site that will allow them to make their reservation online in one of your official hotel(s) or the option to search for internet rates available in your official hotel(s) and non-official hotels. Either way,
e-HotelRates.com will be able to not only track your contracted room block(s) but any reservations made outside your block. You will be able to view the internet rates being offered in your meeting destination (of both the hotels in your official block and outside.) You need to only view one web site for the lowest internet rates.
Your attendees will be able to access e-HotelRates.com directly through the
e-HotelRates.com URL and/or through hyperlinks from your site with the appropriate Group ID number and password. Your attendees will be reminded about the benefits of staying within your official hotel(s) through an educational process when they log on to
e-HotelRates.com.
If the Bureau (in your meeting destination) is a participating member of
e-HotelRates.com, your meeting will automatically be posted on the Bureau’s web site. This will be an additional marketing tool for your meeting.
Additional features of this service are:
- if your attendees use the codes provided, you will be able to track their hotel selection in both official and non-official hotels
- individual sub-group blocks can be set up and managed online
- designated sub-groups can register for your meeting online
- an Alert Email will be sent when your block(s) are close to being sold out
- place a value on each of your contracted hotels
- you will have access to view/print real time reports
- customize 5 “yes/no” questions you would like to know about your attendees
