Option I
The objective of this service is to provide your attendees with a web site that will allow them to search for internet rates available in your official hotel(s) and non-official hotels. The best part is e-HotelRates.com will be able to track where they are staying, and you can receive credit toward your contracted hotel block(s). You will be able to view the internet rates being offered in your meeting destination (of both the hotels in your official block and outside.) You need to only view one web site for the lowest internet rates.
Your attendees will be able to access e-HotelRates.com directly through the
e-HotelRates.com URL and/or through hyperlinks from your site with the appropriate Group ID number and password. Your attendees will be reminded about the benefits of staying within your official hotel(s) through an educational process when they log on to
e-HotelRates.com.
If the Bureau (in your meeting destination) is a participating member of
e-HotelRates.com, your meeting will automatically be posted on the Bureau’s web site. This will be an additional marketing tool for your meeting.
Additional features of this service are:
- you will be able to customize 5 “yes/no” questions you would like to know about your attendees
- you will have access to view/print real-time reports any time

What do I need to do to get started?
1. Review Terms and Conditions
2. Click on and complete the Agreement.
3. Click on, complete and submit Conference Information.
Your Conference Information and Agreement will be received electronically but cannot be processed until a signed Agreement and payment is received. Before exiting this site, print a copy of the Agreement, sign and forward along with payment to
e-HotelRates.com, 1550 South Indiana Avenue, Chicago, IL, 60605.
Upon receipt of the signed contract and payment, e-HotelRates.com will contact you to start the process. In addition, you will receive an email with the appropriate web address, codes, passwords and instructions to access the online reporting features.
