Meeting Planner Options
You can now register your meeting on line and your attendee hotel reservations will be tracked. Your attendees will be encouraged and will see the benefits of selecting one of your contracted hotels but they will also have the option of searching the web for other hotel options. Either way…you will know where they are staying, and you will receive credit for your attendees who are staying in your contracted hotel(s) and any other hotel they choose.

Option one
allows the meeting planner to register their meeting on line
for the sole purpose of offering their attendees a web site
for internet rate options. In addition, if the Bureau (in your
meeting destination) is a participating member of
e-HotelRates.com, your meeting will
automatically be posted on the Bureau’s web site. Click on

Option two is the
first full-service Online Reservation System. The Online
Reservation System will allow you, the meeting planner, a
designated Bureau or e-HotelRates.com Online
Reservation System to manage your room blocks and sub-groups
on line. e-HotelRates.com web site can
provide the same services of a full-service housing company.
